These terms govern use of CASL Collection Systems by churches, administrators, members, and visitors.
1. Use of the Platform
CASL Collection Systems provides digital tools for church administration, membership management, collections, events, Mass bookings, reporting, and related services. Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
2. Church Responsibility
Each church is responsible for the accuracy of member records, contribution records, payment entries, user permissions, and information entered into the system.
3. User Accounts
Users must keep login details confidential. CASL may restrict or suspend access where misuse, security risk, non-payment, or unauthorized activity is detected.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Some CASL features may require active subscriptions or paid modules. Fees, billing terms, and access may depend on the selected plan and active modules.
5. Data and Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Churches must ensure they have the right to enter and manage member information on the platform.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep CASL available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Maintenance, internet issues, hosting issues, or third-party service interruptions may affect access.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CASL after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
