What this page does

Use a short unique code for the church.
Kenyan format is recommended.
Accepted: JPG, PNG, WEBP.
Select one plan for this church account.
Select at least one module to activate for this church.
After account creation, the next step will be activation and then sign in.
Fill the form and submit to continue.
