CASL Owners Connect does not receive, collect, hold, transfer, or manage money on behalf of property owners, landlords, developers, or agents.

Payments are made directly between buyers, tenants, and property owners or their authorized representatives. CASL is not a party to:

Sale agreements
Rental agreements
Lease agreements
Property transfers
Money transfers

CASL's role: CASL advertises properties, connects buyers and sellers, generates leads for property owners, and provides marketing and analytics tools. CASL does not negotiate, receive transaction payments, exchange legal documents, or participate in property transactions.

VACATION PROPERTY OWNERS

Turn your property into a bookable CASL Owners Connect.

List your vacation home, apartment, villa, cottage or serviced apartment on CASL OWNERS CONNECT. Guests book online and pay you directly using the payment methods you configure.

Hotels use a different route: subscribed CASL Hotels publish from their existing Hotel portal. This registration is only for vacation homes and independent rental properties.

How publishing works

Create your host account
One owner account can manage many properties.

Add your property and photos
Set location, capacity, amenities, prices and house rules.

Configure guest payments
M-Pesa, Till, Paybill, bank, PayPal or another supported method.

Pay CASL listing fee per property
Each house has its own listing subscription period.

Submit for CASL approval
CASL verifies the listing before it goes public.

Published on CASL Stays
Customers can search, view and self-book the property.

Hotels are published from the existing subscribed CASL Hotel portal.

Active Hotel subscription + public-bookable inventory → CASL Stays.

Independent owners register here and pay a listing fee for each property.
